Almond Broccoli soup

"If you’re going to do it at all, you might as well do it broccoli." One of the flowery vegetable with good source of calcium and vitamin C, why not try different way of its consumption.
Ingredients
200 gms Broccoli (chopped and cleaned)
100 gms potatoes (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed black peppers
25 gms almond flour
4 spoons of coconut milk or fresh cream
2 spoons of vegetable oil
Method
To a pot on the stove, add vegetable oil, onions. Saute it well for few seconds.
Add chopped broccoli, potatoes, salt and mix it. After a minute add 2 cups of water or less, the veggies needs to submerge half into the water.
Close the lid of the pot and cook for 10 minutes. Occasionally check to see if the veggies are cooked by trying to cut them.
Move the pot aside once cooked and blend it well using a hand blender or mixer.
On low heat add almond flour and 2 spoons of coconut milk to the blended soup and mix it well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add the soup to a bowl and add remaining coconut milk on top and enjoy the soothing soup!
