Beetroot hummus

Giving a twist to regular hummus with beetroots. This dip would go well as a spread for sandwiches, wraps, etc.
Ingredients
1 cup chickpeas(cooked)
½ tsp salt
Juice squeezed from one full lemon
4 garlic cloves
¼ tsp ginger paste/crushed
2 tsp tahini(roasted sesame paste)
½ beetroot (cut and boiled for 3 minutes)
Method
To a blending jar, add all the ingredients mentioned above and blend it to a fine paste.
Transfer to a cup or box and enjoy it with your snack or for your meal.
