Classic hummus

One of the best dip to try with raw vegetables, snacking with bread/crackers, making your meal wraps, grilled chicken, sandwich spread what not! It is easy to make and can be stored for a few days.


Ingredients

1 cup chickpeas(cooked)

½ tsp salt

Juice squeezed from one full lemon

4 garlic cloves

¼ tsp ginger paste/crushed

2 tsp tahini(roasted sesame paste)


Method

  1. To a blending jar, add all the ingredients mentioned above and blend it to a fine paste.

  2. Transfer to a cup or box and enjoy it with your snack or for your meal.
