Chicken and veggies bowl

A quick hummus and vegetables bring this flavorful and filling chicken with couscous and veggies bowl together. It’s the healthiest option to go on a lazy day.


Ingredients

1 cup couscous/white rice/quinoa/wild rice

50 gms chicken

3 spoons hummus

veggies of your choice(all combined 100 to 150 gms)


Method

  1. Chop your veggies. On a frying pan, add 3 tsp of olive oil and add all the veggies and then add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, and ½ tsp paprika powder. Fry the vegetables for 10 to 12 minutes.

  2. Marinate the chicken with garlic powder, black pepper powder, chili powder, and salt for 10 minutes.

  3. To the same frying pan, add 2 tsp of olive oil and the chicken, cook it for 10 minutes.

  4. To a cup, add couscous, salt, and paprika powder. Add ½ cup of hot water to the cup and let it the couscous cook with it for 3 to 4 minutes.

  5. Serve all the cooked stuff to a bowl and add hummus to enjoy the delicious meal!
