Scrambled chicken potato lasagna

Ingredients
300 gms chicken boneless
200 gms mozzarella grated
1 cup marinara sauce
2 onions chopped(diced)
2 tomatoes chopped(diced)
3 tsp paprika powder/chilly powder
1 tsp coriander/cilantro powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
3 - 4 potatoes
1 tsp salt
2 tsp olive/vegetable oil
basil leaves (optinal)
Method
Place a pan on the stove, add 1 tsp oil. Add chopped onions and saute it well until it becomes translucent.
For the scrambled chicken, add the boneless chicken to a blending jar and blend it for 5 secs.
Add chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 3 minutes. Add salt, coriander powder, garlic powder, paprika powder/chilly powder and mix it.
Add the blended chicken to the pan and mix it well. Let it cook for 8 minutes. The lasagna stuffing is ready.
For the lasagna layers, we use potatoes. Chop the potatoes in a thin round shape and cook it with water and add pinch of salt for 5 mins. Remove the potatoes from water and pat dry.
To the baking pan, add 3 tsp of marinara sauce and place the potatoes as a layer. Add the cooked chicken as another layer. Add basil leaves if required and add mozzarella cheese. Make another layer of potatoes, chicken, potatoes and mozzarella. The top layer will be mozzarella.
Place in the oven for 200 degree celsius/ 392 frahrenheit for 30 mins. Once done serve it to a plate and enjoy.
