Berry Bread Pudding

Ingredients

8 slices wheat bread/butter toast bread

2 tsp honey

2 tsp cinnamon powder

pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract/ 1/tsp vanilla sugar

2 eggs

berries as much as you want

1/4 cup milk


Method

  1. Take a pot and add 1/4 of hot water, add 2 tsp of honey and whisk it.

  2. Break two eggs, add 2 tsp of cinnamon powder, pinch salt, vanilla extract or vanilla sugar, 1/4 cup milk and give a good whisk to the mix

  3. Cut the bread into small square shapes and add it to the baking container. Add blue berries in between the bread if you like it.

  4. Add the mix to the baking container and mix it well with the bread so it could soak fully. Note: If you are using wheat bread add twice the amount of everything for the mix.

  5. Give it 10 mins to soak it for butter toast bread. And 30 mins for wheat bread to soak.

  6. Preheat the oven for 180 degree celsius or 356 fahrenheit.

  7. Before popping the container into the oven, add berries on top and place it in the oven.

  8. Bake it for 40 mins. Enjoy the pudding with honey on top or maple syrup.
