Peanut butter cookies

Sweet tooth is a real problem especially when you do not want to munch on more calories. Finding alternate options for sugar and yet enjoying it is very important. Our recipe today is about low-calorie peanut butter cookies which are good for weight loss.

Ingredients(Serving per container: 8)

1 egg

¼ spoon salt

4 spoon peanut butter

4 spoon honey

½ vanilla extract or powder

1 cup wheat flour

¼ spoon baking powder

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 spoon honey

1 spoon fresh cheese



Method

  1. To the blending jar, add egg, salt, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and 3 spoon honey and blend it to mix well.

  2. To a bowl, add wheat flour, baking powder, and mix.

  3. Then add the mix from the blending jar to the bowl and mix it well.

  4. Preheat the oven for 180-degree celsius.

  5. Use a parchment paper on the baking tray and make small smalls of the mix and place it on the tray.

  6. Use a fork and give it a shape like a cookie since this will not meltdown.


      7. Place the tray in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Flip in between to bake on the other side.


For cream:

  1. To a bowl, add fresh cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and mix it well.

  2. Use this cream for cookies as the binding.
